Picot: Ch 3, sl st in first ch.
Ch 5, join to form a ring
Rnd1: Ch 5, (dc, ch 3 ) 5 times, join to third st of beg. chain.
Rnd2: (Sc, hdc, 3dc, hdc, sc) in each ch3 sp around.
Rnd3: (Sl st into dc of rnd1, ch 5) 6 times, join into first sl st.
Rnd4: (Sc, hdc, 5dc, hdc, sc) in each ch5 sp around.
Rnd5: (Sl st around st between ch5 loops of rnd 4, ch 10) 6 times, join into first sl st.
Rnd6: [(3 sc, picot) 3 times, 3sc] in each loop around, join with sl around st between ch10 loops, ch 70, sl st in same st as last sl st.
Weave in ends and add a tassel
